Ms Freshers started street dancing at the age of 14, establishing a dance group and classes at the early age of 16. Her dance group was one of the first dance groups that came out of South London to elevate and set trends. Ms Freshers became a professional dancer and choreographer stemming over 12 years.

 

Throughout the years, Ms Freshers also gained valuable experience as a Dance Instructor within health and fitness facilities (including Fusion Leisure Centre) and primary schools; designing dance classes to match learning levels of participants. Dance styles included street dance, pop, afro beats and house.

Ms Freshers established Zumba Fresh in May 2018, an umbrella to Zumba Fresh Fitness and Zumba Fresh Kids.
